The Ride will be comprised of 3 local bike clubs: River City Bikers, Buffalo Soldiers, and Trinity Bikers. Over 100 riders are expected to participate in the ride. The riders will meet at The West Clinic Midtown location for a brief presentation from 11:00-11:45 am. The Church Health Center and City of Memphis will have representatives speak at the event. A Midtown West Clinic physician and prostate cancer patient will speak briefly on the importance of prostate cancer screening.
The riders will then travel en mass to The West Clinic Humphreys location where Shelby County Mayor, Mark Luttrell, will make opening remarks. Dr. Sylvia Richey and a prostate cancer patient will speak about the importance of screening, education, and new treatments.
