Robotic Hysterectomy for Endometrial Cancer ORlive™ Webcast
Dr. Todd Tillmanns, gynecologic oncologist with The West Clinic, recently joined Dr. Patrick Lowe and Dr. Diljeet Singh as a moderator for a robotic surgical hysterectomy for endometrial cancer in collaboration with Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL, via a live interactive webcast on ORlive™, Thursday, July 17 at 3:00 pm CDT.
The West Clinic’s Center for Gynecology Oncology is the Mid-South’s only program performing robotic surgery for gynecologic malignancies. In 2006, Dr. Tillmanns and Dr. Lowe performed the first robotic hysterectomy for endometrial cancer in the Mid-South. Since that time, The West Clinic’s robotic and minimally invasive surgical program has grown significantly. In addition, the program is proud to announce that Dr. Mark Reed is currently in the process of completing his robotic training which will further increase The West Clinic’s ability to assist women in the Mid-South area manage gynecologic malignancies with a minimally invasive approach.
