Phyllis Fiveash graduated from Northeast MS Community College with an Associate Degree in Nursing and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree with honors from the University of North Alabama. She earned a Masters of Science in Nursing with high honors and Family Nurse Practitioner certification from Union University. She is a member of Sigma Theta Taue International Honor Society of Nursing and is working to add Oncology Nursing Society certification to her professional credentials in the near future. Phyllis is a vital member of the Corinth team, working with Drs. Sylvia Richey, Mark Reed, Stephen Besh, and David Portnoy, to provide outstanding patient care.

Actively involved in the Corinth community, she and her husband devote time to the children’s and youth ministry at their church. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
