Dr. Malik is a 3rd year Fellow. Originally from Pakistan, Dr. Mohsin graduated from Army Medical College in Pakistan in 1999. Upon completion of a Medicine Internship and Surgery Internship in 2000, Dr. Malik went into private practice as a primary care physician in Pakistan. In 2003, Dr. Malik pursued his residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL. He went on to practice as a Hospitalist from 2006 to 2009 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. In 2009, he decided to pursue a Hematology-Oncology Fellowship at the UTHSC.
Dr. Malik is currently the Chief Fellow for the Hematology-Oncology program.
His wife is a neurology resident at UTHSC, and they have two beautiful children. He sees patient on Wednesday morning with Dr. Robert Johnson.
